Our process
Good Process Improves Quality And Build Confidence
At SiteCrafter Labs we follow a meticulous, tried, and tested process to help craft high performing websites for our clients that have the strongest chance of delivering good results.
Discovery
We consider Discovery to be the most important part of crafting websites. This is the phase where we define the strategy your website will use to get you the best results.
Website architecture
Just like a skeleton gives the human body structure, a sitemap is the skeleton of a website. Here we define all your pages, templates, relationships, internal and external links, and more.
User experience design
Here we build building our low-fidelity wireframes of each page, carefully tailoring them to serve their unique purpose. Good UX design has the potentially to multiply your website's conversion rate.
Copywriting
Website copy can make or break your website's ability to persuade your target audience to take action such as clicking on a link, calling a phone number, or scheduling an appointment with you.
User interface design
Here, we take the wireframes built in Step 3 and make them visually appealing. This is the phase that is most thought of when hearing the term "web design". We strive to keep the visuals inline with your brand.
Responsive development
Then, we build your website on WordPress and enure that every page can be viewed on multiple screen sizes (responsive). By completing steps 1 - 5 we reduce the time and money spent during development.
Optimization and launch
Before officially launching the site, we run through a final punch list and optimize the website for performance, security, responsiveness, clean code, and SEO.
Website management
All our clients are required to sign up for our monthly website maintenance plans which include premium hosting, maintenance of software, security and uptime monitoring, and disaster recovery.
Website marketing
Websites that are built and forgotten will not perform. Theses are living and breathing business tools that need to have a marketing roadmap to be truly effective.
